4th Sunday Connect this Month

Sunday, October 25 | 10:30 AM

This fall, we’ve changed things up a bit!

Instead of gathering after each service, we’re having ONE 4th Sunday Connect BETWEEN our 9 and 11 AM services! We’re expanding our gathering space to give everyone more room to connect and, even better, creating an opportunity for people from both services to spend time together.

Join us on Sunday, October 25, between services for some fun fall-themed refreshments and a chance to catch up, meet someone new, and connect with our Journey community.

Generations: BYOP & Crafts Night!

Sunday, October 25 | 6-8 PM

Generations at The Journey, our connection group for young families with children, is gathering for a BYOP (Bring Your Own Pumpkin) & Crafts Night on Sunday, October 25, from 6–8 PM!

Join us for a fun fall evening of painting pumpkins, fall crafts, snacks, and plenty of time to connect as families. Bring a pumpkin for your family to decorate—we’ll also have a few extras available if anyone needs one!

Whether you’re new to The Journey or have been attending for years, this is a great opportunity to meet and connect with other families in a fun, relaxed setting. We hope you’ll join us as we grow in friendship, encourage one another, and do life together.

Singles Group: Bring Your Own Charcuterie Board Brunch

Sunday, October 25 | Between Services

Join The Journey Singles Group for a fun Bring Your Own Charcuterie Board Brunch on Sunday, November 1, between the 9 and 11 AM services in the Gathering Place! Bring a board with your favorite brunch snack to share, and enjoy some great food, conversation, and time connecting with others. We can’t wait to see you there!

Intro To The Journey

Sundays, November 1 & 8 | 5-7 PM

Are you interested in learning more about The Journey or taking the next step to get connected?

Our upcoming Intro to The Journey is a two-week class designed to give you a foundation for who we are, what God is doing here, and how you can find your place in it. Led by Pastor Kris and Pastor Shannon, sessions will be held on Sundays, November 1 & 8, from 5-7 PM in the Gathering Place, with a light dinner provided. Childcare will be available if needed. 

We are excited to see so many in our community joining us, and would love for you to be a part of it!

Family Fall Fest

Friday, November 6 | 5-7 PM

Save the date for our annual Family Fall Fest on Friday, November 6, from 5–7 PM! Join us for a fun, community-wide evening with family-friendly activities, a chili dinner, and more!

As part of this year’s event, we’ll also be holding a Winter Coat Drive to bless our community. We’re beginning to collect new or gently used coats in both adult and children’s sizes, as well as warm children’s clothing. Donations can be dropped off in the lobby anytime through November 6.

  • If you’d like to contribute to our Fall Festival, our Amazon Wish List for coats and winter gear makes it easy. It will be sent directly to us to add to our Winter Coat Drive.

Harrisburg Neighborhood Center Cleaning Day

Saturday, November 14 | 9 AM – 3 PM

It’s Official! Join Us for Our First 3rd Street Campus Serve Day!

After two years of prayer, discernment, and preparation, The Journey officially owns our new 3rd Street Campus at 1801 N. 3rd Street, the home of the Harrisburg Neighborhood Center! We’re excited to begin loving this building back to life and preparing it to serve our neighbors. Join us for a Community Cleaning Day on Saturday, November 14, from 9 AM–3 PM as we clean, organize, and care for this space together. Lunch will be provided at noon, and any extra cleaning supplies are welcome! Whether you can stay for an hour or the whole day, we’d love to have you join us. 

Register to Serve as we prepare this space to be a place of support, belonging, and flourishing for our community!
